We met in the course of our academic career journey. Through our extensive social and academic network we can support you in your career endeavours. We can provide support in various languages, including Arabic, English, German, and Spanish.

Dr. Noura Kamal

I am the founder of A.R.T & Beyond and a certified coach through the Accredited Process Oriented Systems & Executive Coaching Program at the Global Coaching Institute (Australia). Alongside my coaching practice, I am a researcher and anthropologist with over 20 years of experience, working across business administration and the social sciences (anthropology and sociology).

My professional journey spans Palestine and Austria. I have published widely in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to international conferences across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. From 2019 to 2023, I led a project funded by the Austrian Science Fund titled Humorous Art and Reconfiguring Palestinian Discourse, becoming the first Palestinian to receive this grant for work on Palestine. Through my dual roles, I integrate academic expertise with coaching to empower researchers, students, professionals, and individuals exploring their future careers.
